Return and Refund Policy for Booksliv

1. Return Eligibility
Returns and refunds are only applicable for items in brand new, unopened condition. If a book has been opened or used, returns and refunds are not applicable. Any item not in its original condition, with missing parts or damage, will be ineligible for a refund.

2. Defective Products
If the item has a manufacturing defect (such as missing pages or improper printing), customers can request a replacement. We will replace defective items with no additional cost.

3. Return and Replacement Process
Customers can initiate a return or replacement through their Booksliv account or by contacting customer service at info@Booksliv.com. Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Replacements will be processed immediately after receiving the defective item.

4. Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received and inspected. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping costs will be covered by Booksliv only in the case of defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used books.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

  • Items that are not in their original condition or missing parts.
